Medic Alert
No Child Without - Update
Thank you for your schools' ongoing participation in the MedicAlert No Child Without program.
The partnership we have in making this charitable program available to students in your community means hundreds of families can have peace of mind knowing their children can be quickly identified in the event of a medical emergency.
Across the country, over 50,000 students in more than 5,700 schools including yours have benefited from MedicAlert protection whether they are at school, the playground, out with friends, or just simply outside the care of their parents.
It's important that parents stay informed that the No Child Without program is available to their children. Please inform them in your school newsletter and website, if you have one. The following communication resources are available for you to use:
-
- No Child Without article that can be used in your September newsletter
- No Child Without logos
- No Child Without overview for new school administrators who are unfamiliar with the program
Should additional materials such as No Child Without brochures or posters be required, simply contact me. As Canadian MedicAlert Foundation is a registered charity and provides this program with the support of generous donors, please ensure that extra brochures mailed to the school previously have all been given away before requesting more.
A reminder – Additional No Child Without brochures are only given to students who indicate a health issue and are currently attending the school.
Don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
Have great summer!
Regards
Clifford
